How Much Mulch Do you Need?

We sell and deliver mulch by the cubic yard. In a typical application with a 3" depth, one cubic yard of mulch will cover 100 square feet or a 10' x 10' area.

To calculate area:

Measure Length (L) and Width (W) of your garden
Multiply them together - L x W = A (area)
For round areas A = 3.14 x R2 where R is the radius (half the width of the circle)
Divide the total area by 100 to get total cubic yards - A/100 = Cubic Yards Needed
